10 years ETL experience and minimum 1-year of Talend experience

Experience with performance tuning of ETL jobs.

Expert in IBM DataStage Development (Server and Parallel Jobs) --
Enterprise 11 and higher with 5-7  years of experience

Ability to analyze complex applications and systems with minimal
supervision, strong problem solving skills.

Good technical understanding on Data Quality and MDM in Talend Preferred

Ability to effectively communicate with business users to understand
business processes.

Proficient in analyzing business objectives and requirements.

Skills in design and development of efficient data integration solutions.

Solid understanding of relational database, analytics.
