Oracle DBAs to upgrade Oracle databases supporting  BMC product suite.  This

individual(s) must have strong 11g hands-on experience in upgrading and

performance tuning 11G AIX RAC clusters and active / passive environments.



Deliverables include

1. Migrate all data, with the exception of transaction records older than

one year, to the new Oracle 11.2 RAC environment

 2. Configure records older

than one year into the new Oracle 11.2 Archive Reporting database.

3. Support the migration of all BMC Remedy users onto the new server and

archive reporting environment.

4. Restore from an 11.2 copy Migrate data, with the exception of transaction

records older than one year, to the new Oracle 11.2 RAC environment at the

alternate datacenter.

5. Configure records older than one year into the new Oracle 11.2 Archive

Reporting database at the alternate datacenter.

6. Run Oracle AWS report and perform SQL tuning for BMC Remedy transactions.
