Works on projects/systems/issues of medium to high complexity. Provides daily operations support, maintenance and administration for our active directory environment and server systems. Works on one or more projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader. May coach one or more team members on Infrastructure related work functions. Applicant Expectations: Skilled in the planning, forecasting, implementation, and identification of resource requirements for server systems of moderate complexity. Skilled at identifying needs for various software systems running on a virtual environment. Must be able to research, plan and implement software service rollouts to users. Must have the ability to perform capacity and resource planning, assessing risks and contingency planning. Must have experience with *Windows 2012 Active Directory Services*. Must have experience with managing users, OU’s, objects, schema, GPO, and groups in a Microsoft 2012 Active Directory. Develops a quarterly technology assessment that includes the identification of systems, network, operational, work load and resource priorities. Confers with, defines and assists office supervisors in the implementation of established plan to ensure timely processing and completion of responsibilities. Advises and works closely with Infrastructure Solutions Manager on the coordination of information Technology activities, projects and initiatives. Ensures consultant staff participation on task teams, provides input and represents district interest and concerns. Interprets policies, procedures and rules as needed, providing comments and/or communicating changes to district managers and users. Serves as a member Technical Advisory Group attending mandated meetings and teleconferences. Such participation and duties includes but is not limited to technology research, evaluation, deployment and development of industry products.
