Responsible for technical architecture adherence to plans and specifications. *Required Skills:* Demonstrated hands-on mastery of JAVA, XML, Web Services, Struts, Hibernate, SQL, J2EE, JSP, Websphere, MQ, RAD, RSA, WSAD, WAS, and MS SQL. Extensive experience building and exposing Web Services and components.
