I would like to drop a particular index. Before I do, I'd like to check
to see if has been accessed recently (or at all). How can I check this?

Anita - I checked 112591.1 and also filed an iTAR to
confirm with Oracle
- there is no materialized view functionality for
SE.
Chris - Alas
The error is:
SQL create materialized view test_age as select * from age;
ORA-12028: snapshot type is not supported by master site

Anita,
I would be a very happy man today if snapshots existed in SE. However,
I have verified the non-existence of snapshots in SE
.
Thanks,
Chris

Oracle's auto-updating materialized views?

How do you split a RMAN backupset into multiple pieces? I am using
Standard Edition so I can't use multiple channels but I need to split
the backup up because of a 2GB file size limit (I'm backing up files
from a Solaris box to a Linux box).
