another fun thing: there used to be a web site (an/or
utility program) that would randomly insert "zippy
the pin-head"isms into a web page, or email. good
revenge would be to "ZIPPYize" the content of their
message, and send it back asking if they could train
a couple of hundred developers in how to write
similar system documentation. :)
