Oracle barely makes the top ten...barely.
It's a SQL Server/DB2 world, if you look at "ALL" results.

It has a higher cost per tpC ($51 compared to $43), and only shows 1%
faster.
I would be a little hesitant to jump on that bandwagon, just my 3 cents
