I applied 81721 patch to 817 on NT. Unlike the other 'move these files here and those
there' patches, this was thru the Installer.
So far, no problems.

If I am not wrong event 10520 is for performance enhancement , ex : by
turning this event on it is avoiding unchanged object to be recompile, etc.
