Logicworks, maker of ERwin, was bought by Platinum which was bought by CA.
It was a great tool the last time I used it (3 years ago) and expensive.

Oracle Designer can do reverse engineering except Oracle calls it "Design Capture" now...

u can easily build data models, reverse engineer an existing
schema from an oracle database, forward engineer the changes made
in the data model so as to reflect back the same schema structure
at the back-end.
