Title: How do I find Oracle's product roadmap? PL/SQL isn't going away ... there is a paper on TechNet http://TechNet.oracle.com put out by PL/SQL development team.   What we heard is that PL/SQL dev team has competition from JAVA team for features, so new features are being added to pl/sql.
