Dear DBAs I exp/imp whole OFA database and there are some invalid package bodies left on newly imported db. When I recompile it I got message "insufficient privilege to access object SYS.DBMS_LOCK"
I check dba_sys_priv and both exp and imp databases are the same for those package bodies owner. I also checked dbms_lock and found everybody has exec privilege on the package. What is wrong.
