Yes, after installing HP-UX 11.11 , you need Oracle 7.3.4 for that version. As you are on migration path you can request Oracle Support to provide that version binaries. After installing OS and Oracle binaries, you should copy over your Datafiles/contoldfiles and redologs and after setting env
