stating that there are multiple rows containing the same values for the
specified elements in your index (COMPANY,
INVC_PREFIX, INVC_NUMBER, ITEM) thus the
index can not be a unique index.

Fat
to be able to create the tablespaces with multiple data
files but it seems whenever I add a datafile the
performance of the load degrades.
Any ideas??

we have a standard desktop or laptop image
whichwe install the client and create a package containing the
change, we then push to the pc's that require the oracle client.
We use onames with a primary and secondary
name server.
