Desirable Other Skills Responsibilities
Oversees work done by the analytics consulting team,
responsible for workplanning, reporting status, and QA and presentation of
intermediate and final deliverables
Works with offshore team to determine system access required
and submitting requests to have access granted
Creates all deliverables for presentation to stakeholder teams,
meeting quality standards defined by Customer analytics team
Prepares for, runs, recaps, and documents and completes action
items from meetings with stakeholders
Converts requirements from Customer analytics team into
acceptable design of reporting (scorecarding, dashboarding, results review)
and provides offshore team with support needed to build and execute
Generates recommended adjustments to system parameters;
recommended adjustments meet standards of Customer analytics team and are
reviewed with stakeholders
Tracks all bugs / issues that are encountered during all phases
(parallel / UAT, pilot, and rollout). Manages list to ensure that issues
are being quickly and properly resolved.
Root causes system issues
Provides 24/7 system analytics support where needed
