High school diploma plus any combination of additional years of specific experience in the proposed field of expertise and years of undergraduate-level study in a related field — together totaling 6 years. *General Experience:* 9 years of experience. *Specific Experience:* 4 years of experience as described above. *Required Skills:* Installation, building and configuring Windows servers (Windows 2008 R2 and higher) Replacement of server hardware and accessories if required. Working with, provisioning and configuring EMC SAN storage, if required. Configuring/troubleshooting periodic backups of the eDiscovery infrastructure Periodic application of Microsoft patches to the existing eDiscovery infrastructure Weekend or after-hour infrastructure emergency support if required Familiarity with Email Archiving; including journaling, and retention and disposition of emails. Test, implement and install SQL. Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2013. Familiarity with Active Directory. Fix Windows or SQL issues and email archiving issues. Test security updates in NET-F lab prior to deploying in production *Preferred Skills:* Working knowledge of Windows Server 2008 R2 and Outlook 2010. Working knowledge with Active Directory.
