Provide systems support and maintenance for Smartphone Application and Web Portal services. * *2. Solutions documentation, including the following: functional, technical, business requirements and test plans. * *3. Unit and system testing for the delivery of new services and features. * *4. Define and recommend system solutions and options for operational issues as well as developing business needs. * *5. Work collaboratively with business partners, SMEs, Developers and Testers to ensure a shared understanding of business requirements * *6. Data analysis and reporting. * *7. Further departmental goals with clear and concise communication to clients and business partners. * *Part of the Patient Service Team in the CAS department at client . * *The Patient Services Team consists of 3 BSA's and a Manager. * *The person will be the team lead on the SMA smartphone app workgroup which is developing patient self-service tools. * *Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. System analysis and design. Business process definition. Creating test plans. Ability to work with minimal supervision. * *Knowledge: Proficiency and Experience with evolving web and smartphone application technologies, including usability testing. Relational databases.
