*Rate: 55/h C2C* *Duration: 6 months* **Scanned copy of work authorization is a must* *Project Description:* The Consortium project is a multi-state project with Department of Labor. The UI Consortium Project will replace the Maine UI Benefits and Tax Systems with a new Software As a Service application residing in a cloud environment. There has been a need identified that the services of a Business Analyst is needed to perform analysis to determine what the printing needs will be for the project Timeframe: June 1, 2014 - December 30, 2014, The Program Manager has determined that the analyst should/could take 6 months to complete. Job Duties: Analyzes user problems and operations in order to develop functional requirements for a proposed system including cost and time estimates for subsequent phases Gathers user information, verifies organizational needs, assists with planning work and/or performing technical design Confers with information technology staff, business specialists, vendors, and other project teams to assist in providing remediation activities in order to resolve potential problems Assists in/leads analysis of business processes/procedures and develops recommendations for process improvements in order to identify opportunities to enhance existing systems and processes.
