*Position : Java Tech Lead* *Location: Phoenix, AZ* *Duration: 12+ months * *Interview: Web Video + Coding Session* Tech skills: strong Java/J2EE experience, web services, XML/Xpath/XQuery and preferably Amex experience. *Manager notes:* I am looking for a tech lead to start asap to manage one of Consumer Travel core capability called Travel Profile (it’s a small team of 2-3 members, so a lot of hands-on work will be required). Currently Profile is running on IBM stack (WebSphere, DB2 with XML features) and currently we just started migrating it to JBOSS/Oracle DB on ePaaS/IaaS infrastructure along with the EDPP encryption initiative. *Team Mission Statement: *We will embrace an intrapreneurial and innovative lean mindset thru continuous learning; with a focus on providing quality solutions; and on efficiency by eliminating waste; while delivering the value-add products for our organization that will grow our customer satisfaction and our business’s revenue.
