Looking for two resources who are proficient in Visual Studio 2015, web
designing, .NET Framework 4.5, JavaScript with Knockout framework and SQL
Server 2012. Knowledge over MVC 4 is a plus.
*Job Description*
· Prism is an administrative tool used by clinic staff for
administering, delivering and reviewing patient question sets and responses
.
· This application is already built and is part of the larger suite
of applications within Patient Question and Answer Management System
(PQAMS) .
· PQAMS is identified by the institution as the gold standard for
building and managing patient question sets.
· As there is a request to expand the scope of the prism
application to more practice areas supporting a wide range of question sets.
· The Consultant will address performance issues with this
application.
· The Consultant will address software enhancements that are
identified as a business need.
· The Consultant will code, configure, test, and support a wide
variety of question sets that will be administered through this application.
· The timeframe required to support this initiative is between
January and June of 2016.
*Description of Deliverables: *
(a) Provide business hours (M-F 8 am - 5 pm CST) on call
support for PRISM related issues
(b) Modify the application to address performance issues
reported in: Database & Business rules/Service layer
(c) Modify the application to support enhancement requests:
Create design document with changes, Code and unit test the changes, Assist
the team on regression and smoke testing, Create implementation plan and
release notes for the production deployment, Stage the build for production
deployment and provide post production support
(d) Stage the application to support a wide variety of
question sets: Assist in configuring question sets through the prism
administrative tool, Make the required database and application changes,
Collaborate with external IT teams to setup the question sets if there are
dependencies, Assist the team on regression and smoke testing, Stage the
build for production deployment and provide post production support
