Client is requesting GC candidates.. other candidates will have to Provide
photo-proof of residency.


Job Description

•         The client seeks a ServiceNow/Remedy 8 Administrator at their
facility in Raleigh, NC.



Job Requirement

•         Perform core configuration tasks

•         Work with User Interface (UI) policies, data policies, UI
actions, business rules and client scripts

•         Use mobile clients

•         Activate plugins

•         Add users, groups and roles

•         Manage data with tables, the configuration management database
(CMDB), import sets and update sets

•         Work with two key process applications: Knowledge Base and
ServiceNow Service Catalog

•         Create workflow activities and approvals

•         Configure alerts and notifications

•         View upgrade history and status

•         Control system access and data security

•         Run reports, configure service level agreements (SLAs) and
perform instance branding and customization



Preferred Skills:

•         Proven ability to be responsible for the daily administration,
maintenance and Change Management/Change Control

•         Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
with the ability to express technical issues to non-technical customers

•         Detailed knowledge of applicable security policies and standards

•         Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or
related field

•         Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

•         Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both
business and technical  Hours of Support:

•         Initially the support hours will be during regular business hours
but off hours support will be required to support the deployment to include
nights and weekends.



Additional Provisions

•         Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug
screening, criminal history check and credit check.

•         Once candidate’s resume is approved and interview passed, the
agency is responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the
drug screening results will delay the security clearance process.

•         If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of
employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance.

•         All candidates must be a US Citizen, have permanent residence
status, or an H1-B Visa.

•         Cannot have more than 6 month’s cumulative travel outside the
United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded.
(Exception does not include military family members.)

•         All overtime must be pre-approved in writing by the client
manager or his/her designated representative.

•         Agency will not be reimbursed for overtime charges without
previous written authorization. Authorized overtime will be reimbursed at
straight time.

•         The enforced dress code is business casual, i.e. collared shirt
with slacks for men, no skirts above the knee for women.

•         Place and Period of Performance:

•         Hours of support:  o The standard work week for contract staff
will be 5 days a week and 8 hours per day preferable  o Contract staff may
be required to travel to support business efforts.
