The ideal applicant takes on innovation projects independently and demonstrates the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. *Must have**: java/ j2ee as well as spring framework; tomcat and, possibly, a search tool- lucene.* *Desired Skills and Experience:* · *8-10+ years’ Java (J2EE*) programming experience working in large organizations · Experience with lean / agile development (Scrum, XP, or similar methodology) · Experience in 24x7 SaaS environments · Experience with relational database technologies (DB2, MySql, Oracle) · Exposure to Mongo, Couchbase, Cassandra, etc *Responsibilities:* · Ensure delivery of software products on time, on budget, with first-time quality. · Work closely with Content Platform architects on Content Management Systems to lead design, development, and deployment for advanced search and browse solutions. Search solutions include, but are not limited to, multi-faceted search, multi-language search, search across multiple internal content domains, search across external content domains (e.g. contract-sourced content, open-source content, user-provided content).
