*Title*: Mobile Packet Core Engineer

*Positions:* 6 consultants for Seattle and 3 for Toronto

*Duration:* 10 - 12 months and longer duration



*Job Description:*

*Profile should reflect:*

·         Good experience Mobile Packet Core in areas such as GGSN, SGSN

·         Good knowledge of 3G, 4G, GPRS, UMTS network architecture

·         GGSN / SGSN integration, commissioning and administration (
Charging, Performance, O&M, GPRS, UMTS Interfaces)

·         Experience with IOT (Interoperability testing with customer
vendors for GGSN, SGSN network elements)

·         Expertise in systems acceptance testing (ensure functionality of
all test cases and trouble shoot and isolate any faults encountered

*Qualifications: ***

   - Senior engineer with 8-10 yrs of overall experience in telecom,
   wireless and network domain
   - Good knowledge and understanding of 3G/4G, 3GPP, UMTS, GPRS, SGSN, SGSN
   - Good understanding of IP based network Routing and Switching (OSPF,
   BGP, IS IS), MPLS, Metro Ethernet
   - Knowledge of TCP/IP layer 2
   - Good knowledge of  working with Tier 1 Service Provider segment for
   Telco’s
   - Good experience in router and switching and Cisco platforms such as
   7600, 6500, CRS, ASR platforms
