The client seeks an Tealeaf e-Commerce Analyst to join the ecommerce
inspection team. Candidate must have specific experience administering
Tealeaf CX to identify e-commerce transaction, trends and issues. Candidate
must be proficient in administering a Tealeaf environment and building
events, dashboards and extracting Tealeaf data to be consumed by external
applications.

Required Skills:

• BS/BA in related discipline Computer Science, Management Information
Systems, or a related Math or Science discipline. In addition to 5+ years
of experience in any related Information Technology field. Will consider
additional related industry experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Data Analytics / Business Intelligence solutions,
specifically Tealeaf CX and Tealeaf CX Connect for Data Analysis.
• 2 years Tealeaf CX experience, specifically Tealeaf 8.x+, including
building Hit Attributes, Events, Dashboards and Alerts.
• 2 years Tealeaf CX connect experience, with knowledge of consuming
extracts into external systems.
• Experience with installing, configuring, and administering Tealeaf.
• Strong Business Intelligence and Analytics experience.
• Strong eCommerce experience.
• Database query development.
• must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and have
the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management.

Preferred Skills:
• Oracle or Microsoft SQL Database Administration
• Microsoft Windows Server Administration
• IBM Analytics certifications

Additional Provisions
• Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening,
criminal history check and credit check.
• Once candidate’s resume is approved and interview passed, the agency is
responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the drug
screening results will delay the security clearance process.
• If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment
is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance.
• All candidates must have lived in the United States for the past five (5)
years.
• Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within
the last five (5) years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not
include military family members.)
• All overtime must be pre-approved in writing by the client manager or
his/her designated representative.
• Agency will not be reimbursed for overtime charges without previous
written authorization. Authorized overtime will be reimbursed at straight
time.
• The enforced dress code is business casual, i.e. collared shirt with
slacks for men, no skirts above the knee for women.
• Previous applicants need not reapply.

Place and Period of Performance

• Hours of support:
o The standard work week for contract staff will be 5 days a week and 8
hours per day preferable Monday through Friday.
o Contract staff may be required to travel to support business efforts.
