*Duration: 1 Year * * * * * *Job Description* Business Products * Development of ArcGIS geoprocesseing service(s) that implement the AFSIRS model * Development of ArcGIS Server map service(s) using relevant AFSIRS data * Development of a User Interface for query, reporting and extracting functions using ArcGIS Server and the JavaScript API * Testing and completion of all products developed * User and System Documentation Technical Products This project has been tasked with creating/modifying the infrastructure necessary for the acceptance of additional applications and application information. Resources Requirements The resources required for this project along with the necessary skills are as follows: * Advanced level experience developing rich internet application using the ArcGIS Server JavaScript API * Advanced level experience using and administering and developing with Map and Geoprocessing Services with ArcGIS Server (v9.3.1 or higher) * Advanced level experience creating ESRI geoprocessing models and Python development * Advanced level experience developing Client/Server and Internet applications using some or all of the following: ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, XML, Visual Basic, Python, and HTML. * Intermediate or basic level experience in ArcGIS Desktop use and development v9.X or higher. * Experience with ArcObjects or COM development * Experience with data access technologies such as Oracle/MS SQL Server * Excellent communication skills, attitude, and interaction with users. * Technical Documentation experience is a plus. Roles and Responsibilities of Contractor Perform detailed analysis and design for the system(s). Ensure that applications meet requirements and standards. Communicate issues and progress to project manager.
