Please share your resume on ne...@tresourceinc.com for below position. *Position : Technical Lead (PCI Project)* *Location: Auburn Hills, MI* *Phone and skype* *Job Function Summary: *The Application Technical Lead position administratively reports to the Services Application Development Manager and is directly assigned to the Technical Project Manager. The Application Technical Lead is responsible for partnering with the Technical Project Manager to monitor and oversee the deliverables of the application technical team for a project. This may include overseeing all the application technical resources (and the quality of their specific deliverables) or a portion of the application technical resources (and the quality of their specific deliverables). The Application Technical Lead will be used on projects that have multiple application interfaces. *Notes from the conference call with the manager:* • More on the mainframe side • Working on Hogan and Card Base Applications • Don’t need experience with Hogan • Definitely mainframe experience • Integration experience is a plus • Not doing development, integration or configuration • Not going to be touching development • Nobody reporting to them • Not a TPM • Work alongside the TPM • Facilitator for the technical side • Should have 10+ years of experience and 5+ years of lead experience • Have to have banking or finance background *Technical Lead’s responsibilities may include:* · Taking the Solution Architect’s design and overseeing the execution of the design · Leading detailed design sessions with different areas in Comerica, Vendors, and Clients (if applicable) · Providing input to the TPM on tasks, statuses, issues, and risks · Collaborates with TPM on the needs of the project so they can both work to ensure project tasks are completed · Overseeing the application technical developers to make sure o They are tracking on time o Help resolve issues that they cannot resolve o Ensuring standards and processes are being followed · Leading issue resolution sessions with different areas in Comerica, Vendors, and Clients (if applicable) · Continuously scanning the progress of the project to make sure nothing is “falling through the cracks” · Setting up adhoc meetings with technical team · Excellent leadership and people skills · Must be able to learn new things quickly and have strong logical and problem solving skills · Must have lots of experience working with applications that have multiple interfaces *What the Application Technical Lead is NOT responsible for:* · Updating the Project Plan, Project Status Report, or Project Financials · Setting up meetings with multiple stakeholders · Taking/Distributing Meeting Notes · Leading meetings with clients or Steering Committees Thanks and Regards, Neera Yadav | Technical Recruiter Technology Resource Group Inc.
