Ø Strong Programming Skills on Pega
Ø Ability to define (add/modify) new architectures and anchor review of
artifacts.
Ø Analytical ability, ability to drive an independent project from an
architectural stand point, learnability in new domains, Ability to create
complex, large scale and software/hardware intensive solutions,
Ø Ability to clearly articulate and engage technically with senior
technology/management team of customers
Ø Excellent command on various implementation methodologies like PEGA
SMART BPM, Agile, Scrum.
Ø Ability to drive and own the DCO process.
