Our client located in Philadelphia, PA is in need of a Rally Agile Trainer
for a 3+ month initial contract that will extend through 2016.

The Rally Trainer will be responsible interacting with internal teams to
understand their needs as they relate to the Rally ALM application and
Agile and deliver training based on these needs.   The Rally trainer needs
to have a solid understanding of the Rally application and Agile
methodology as they will be training individuals that are new to teams as
well as groups.  Once a month will be training as part of the Comcast
education program as well.

The Rally Trainer will use their Rally Application knowledge to stay
current on new functionality and will communicate this to the Rally user
community.  Incorporates Agile/Lean concepts into training and
communications.  Maintains collaboration space for Rally users by posting
content and moderating discussions.







*REQUIRED SKILLS:*

•             10+ years overall IT experience

•             Sr. Level knowledge of Rally ALM application including PPM.

o             Mid-level experience considered with the expectation that the
Mid-level person can get to Sr. level knowledge within the first month.

•             Deep understanding of Agile concepts.

o             Agile certification is preferred as it is typically an
indicator of advanced knowledge.  This is not a deal breaker but would move
them to the top.

•             Strong presentation skills. Must present complex topics to
novice audiences.

•             Strong oral and written communication skills.

•             Experience training small and large groups, in-person and
remotely.

•             Vendor management.
