Sr. UI Developer opportunity in Marlborough, MA with some travel to Boston
office (1-2 days a week)
Candidate Must have Angular and Bootstrap.
This is a Senior role with great communication skills.
Investment Banking Industry experience is a Very Big Plus
Manager will consider hiring over Skype.
There will be a technical test before the phone screen that the candidate
must pass.

Keys to the Position:
• This position is 80% Development and 20% Systems Analysis
• Devolpment component: Java, Javascript, HTML, and Angular JS. Bootstrap
would be a plus
• SQL skills are a must
• Systems Analysis Component: Ability to have an opinion on UI Design and
new features that are available when interacting with the team. Needs to
be able to do code reviews and requirement analysis.
• Understanding of Equity, Fixed income, and/or Derivatives instruments is
a plus
Minimum Requirements:
• Strong background in designing and developing web applications using
JavaScript framework including Angular JS and Bootstrap
• Proven skills with web technologies such as html5, css3, JavaScript
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with core Java, JDBC, Spring,
Hibernate.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle database.
• Experience in SWT and JFace is a plus
• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong motivation and ability to work in a fast paced team environment
• Strong delivery focus and ability to overcome obstacles
• Ability to work independently and own deliverables from beginning to end

• The Investor Information Delivery team is responsible for enabling
Investment teams by providing solutions for advanced portfolio reporting
analysis and risk management.
• The team plays a critical role in our firm’s success by providing
innovative solutions for highly complex and critical investment
decision-making processes.
• This role is for an individual that can not only develop intuitive user
interfaces for our solutions, but can also advise on and
guide the design of the user interfaces, keeping in mind the
overall portfolio of tools used by investors.
Responsibilities:
• Daily activities for this role will include requirements analysis,
application design, hands-on development, and code reviews.
• Work closely with the Business Analysts team to understand business
problems and create effective technical solutions
• Set development standards, code solutions and perform code reviews, where
applicable and ensure development practices adhere to firm guidelines
• Implement solutions involving (but not limited to) mobile applications,
interactive data, investment process efficiency, and simplifying investor
work flow.
