Send me profiles : ar...@vedicsoft.com *Job Title : Solutions Architect* *Duration : 6+ month * *Location : Reston, VA* *Interview Type : local - F2F, distant - Skype or phone, final will be F2F for all* Solutions Architect Description Solutions Architect is responsible for delivering custom solutions to the clients (some of the largest health insurance providers in the nation) using our line of products and other commercial off-the-shelf products. *Responsibilities* The Solutions Architects main responsibility is to implement solutions and deliver them as per the clients expectations and contact schedules. Responsible for implementing (configure + customize) companies line of products to meet the customers complex needs Use an array of EDI, business process management (BPM) and mapping tools, and other off-the-shelf solutions to complement our products. Work hand-in-hand with the project manager and the director of solutions to ensure the work is delivered according the clients expectations Mentor and train co-workers on Java, XSL, Mapping and BPM tools *Requirements (knowledge / skills)* *8+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications across a range of domains, platforms and environments. 5+ years of hands on experience as architect / tech lead*. Understands the needs and business problems in order to uncover multiple ways to deliver the solution Can multi-task, prioritize, and juggle to serve multiple clients during same timeframe Is highly responsive to the customer to enlist trust and build credibility Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills Must have excellent interpersonal skills, specifically the ability to communicate and interact effectively with all staffing levels Must have the ability to exercise independent judgment in order to manage varied complex projects from inception through completion *Strong technical skills in Java, J2EE, JSP, Spring/Hibernate, SOAP, SQL* A track record demonstrating a healthy sense of urgency ability to handle pressure of shifting timelines - is an absolute must Best Regards, *Navin Reginald* *VEDICSOFT *:: Business Intelligence.
