Send me profiles : ar...@canopyone.com *Role: Tivoli developer * *Duration :12+months Work Location: O'Fallon, Missouri * *Job Description:* Responsible for the analysis, design, development and delivery of software solutions. *Architect and oversee the development and testing of security solutions for security components of the B2B platform.* Major Accountabilities: Provide technical oversight and leadership to a software engineering team who are responsible for consumer provisioning platforms. Accountabilities include: o Plan, design and develop technical solutions and alternatives to meet business requirements in adherence. o *Lead day to day system development and maintenance activities of the team. *o Partner with Project Managers in implementation of processes per the evolving needs of the team and the solutions. o Create detailed cost and time estimates for implementing business solutions, define technical scope and requirements of the project and assist project manager with managing scope during the lifecycle of the project. o Identify Quality methodology and define Quality Metrics for the Team. *Define and Lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes in the department. Lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes in the department*. *Ensure adequate test coverage in Unit Testing, System Testing/Integration Testing and Performance Testing. * Perform Quality Inspections and Walkthroughs throughout the SDLC including Requirements Review, Architecture Review, Design Review, Code Review and Security Review to ensure compliance with MasterCard standards. o Support collection and reporting of project and software metrics. Actively look for opportunities to enhance standards and improve process efficiency. o Mentor and guide other team members during all phases of the SDLC. o Ensure compliance to the defined standards. Actively look for opportunities to modify and enhance standards per the needs of the department.
