The ACA Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Team of Analysts with ensuring that ACA and MITA requirements are satisfied in the new Eligibility system. Assists Client in understanding and planning for the impact of the Eligibility System, and associated policies and procedures, on the users and citizens and serve as a subject matter expert for meeting ACA requirements. ACA Business Analyst will be the lead communicator with the Client on the ACA requirements and issues. This role will work directly with the Client Project Team to ensure ACA business objectives are met. Support the team of Business Analysts on conducting JAD sessions and requirements gathering sessions. Participate in business discussions during review meetings, including suggestions of ACA and business process improvements and changes. Supports and guides the re-alignment of the agency, its people, and their actions with critical ACA policies and practices related to the Eligibility System. Assist Client in business process re-engineering and business readiness activities associated with the implementation of the Eligibility System. Our primary requirement is to have someone who understands Medicaid Fed policies, ACA requirements and how end to end business processes work, IBM is bringing Curam experienced resources to this project but we still need the ACA Business Analyst to have experience with Medicaid Eligibility implementations.
