Background: Client is seeking to add an experienced *ASP.NET
<http://asp.net/> Developer* to the TEAMS project.  This high-profile
project will revamp the processes and systems around the utilization and
management of empty rail cars.  We currently need skilled candidates who
are self-starters, have experience ramping up quickly on large projects,
and work on their own to understand business needs and turn high-level
requirements into working code.

Location: The location of the assignment is in the Atlanta office building
located at 1200 Peachtree Street. * The candidate must be e-RAILSAFE
certified*.  The position is immediately available.  Length of the
assignment is expected to be approximately 12 months.

Education: 4-yr College Degree preferably Information Systems or Computer
Science

Required

·   *5+ years developing enterprise-size ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> Web
Form *applications with strong experience in the following:

o   ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> page life cycle and events

o   *Master pages and ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> User Controls*

·    5+ years’ experience working in all tiers of an n-tier application:

o   *HTML/CSS UI coding*

o  * JavaScript client-side coding*

o  * C# middle-tier coding*

o   ADO.NET <http://ado.net/> data-tier coding

o   Stored procedure and SQL database coding

·   5+ years using *DB2/LUW (preferred) or SQL Server databases.* Must be
able to write native *SQL without the use of a development tool.*

·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to
interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and
subject matter experts.

·         Ability to work from high-level business or technical
requirements and perform analysis and research to arrive at technical
solutions that will deliver the desired functional capabilities.

·         Ability to own your assignments, formulate your own questions and
work with team members to get the answers you need in order to complete
assignments.

Preferred

·         Ability to contribute to UI design and transform wireframe
designs into actual *HTML UI*

·         Experience working in a *Microsoft Team Foundation Server
(TFS) *development
environment: using SDLC items such as work items, bugs, tasks and
associated check-ins as part of daily routine.

·     Experience combining *ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>* front-ends with *DB2
LUW back-ends*.

·    Experience using Telerik controls.

·    Experience working with classic ASMX or WCF web services.

·     Experience developing AJAX functionality within an *ASP.NET
<http://asp.net/>* WebForm environment
