*Job Summary*

 The Senior Systems Analyst – PeopleSoft HR/Payroll Developer has
responsibility for designing, developing, unit testing and documenting
changes to the clients ERP system with an emphasis on the HR and Payroll
modules, including but not limited to core HR, North America Payroll, and
Time and Labor.  This position will work with others of the ERP
Applications team to provide production support intended to meet the needs
of the business operation, both onshore and offshore. The Senior Systems
Analyst will also be responsible for working with the IT Business Analysts
and Business Leads in determining the requirements and design of
enhancements and bug fixes.

* Experience*

 The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years in as a PeopleSoft
application developer within the HR and Payroll modules.

 *Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications*



 Any combination of education, training, and experience equivalent to
possession of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
or related field which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and
responsibilities as described.

*Principal Duties and Responsibilities*

   - Analyze, design, develop, unit test and maintain enhancements to
   existing PeopleSoft HR and Payroll applications following the clients SDLC
   methodology.
   - Work with both IT Business Analysts and business leads in gathering
   requirements, facilitating design documents and coordinating testing of
   enhancements and bug fixes.
   - Work closely with other Applications teams to assist with and support
   3rd party interfaces and integration to the HR and Payroll modules.
   - Provide production support for the ERP applications, including
   participation in a 24x7 on-call support rotation.
   - Troubleshoot, document and assist in the resolution of issues.
   - Participate in internal and external audits and facilitate responses
   to audit requests
   - Maintain regular and consistent communications with the Supervisor –
   PeopleSoft HR/Payroll.

 *Minimum Requirements for this position*

 Advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft PeopleTools (minimum 8.49), including
Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Integration
Broker/Web Services, SQR, SQL, and other related technologies required to
support he Corporate ERP System.

   - Strong knowledge of the PeopleSoft HCM suite including, but not
   limited to, coreHuman Resources, Benefits, Time and Labor, and North
   America Payroll.  PeopleSoft Performance Management is a plus.
   - Working knowledge of relational databases and document control systems.
   - Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, the Microsoft Office suite,
   and any other software required to perform role successfully.
   - Ability to independently perform concise and thorough problem analysis
   for supported software.
   - Ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced environment with
   rapidly changing and competing priorities.
   - Excellent organization skills with ability to multi-task and establish
   priorities.
   - Ability to maintain flexible attitude and approach toward assignments
   and successfully operate under ambiguous guidelines.
   - Strong customer-oriented focus in providing technology services and
   support.
   - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with
   peers, management, and third parties.
   - Respect and maintain confidentiality of organization, project, fiscal,
   and personnel related information.
   - Ability to meet the physical requirements necessary to perform
   required duties in a safe and effective manner for self and others.
   - Must perform duties onsite, except those job duties which are
   customarily or by their nature performed offsite (such as meetings with
   customer’s offsite at their request, traveling to field offices or
   participating or conducting training).
   - Maintains regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is
   determined by the employer’s sole discretion.
   - Be available and willing to travel internationally and offshore as the
   employer determines is necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
