Position: L2 CISCO Network Voice Engineer (Lead) Location: Richfield, MN Duration: 6- 12 Months Start: ASAP Experience: 6 Yrs. and above We need 3 cisco L2 voice resources to work from client location based out of Richfield, MN Skills Required: * Team Lead skills * Project Management Skills * Very good knowledge on Cisco Voice architecture. Should be able to design Enterprise voice network. * Able to design new sites based on customer requirement and configure Voice services. * Hands on Experience with Cisco voice devices. * Work experience in Cisco IPT Migration projects from Legacy PBXs like Nortel / Avaya. * Good Knowledge in Contact center Platform administration and maintenance (Primary: Cisco, Secondary: Avaya). * Very good experience in Voice Solution design/ Architect/ Implementation/ Management/ Operations. * Knowledge and use of VOIP and Performance Management Tools and integration experience with other Tools. * Strong knowledge in IP address management. * Very good knowledge of Networking and TCP/IP. The candidate must exhibit knowledge in Voice administration, Maintenance and Management skills. * Knowledge of MS Office, Visio & Projects is a must. * Ability to work with 3rd party vendors, OEMs and Product suppliers. * Knowledge on Contracts and SLAs.
