The NC Office of the Commissioner of Banks (NCCOB) is responsible for the chartering and regulation of North Carolina's state banks, trust companies, mortgage companies, as well as registration and licensing of various financial institutions operating in North Carolina. NCCOB developed a custom line of business web site used by all departments within the agency and used by the entities that NCCOB regulates. The IT Developer will perform business analysis, database development, and web development and will be included in all aspects of software development cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, release, and maintenance |
