The selected candidate will develop enhancements to the secure web (Java EE) interface for NCIC’s electronic document submission system. This candidate will be expected to be a Java EE application developer (journeyman level). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: Required: Minimum of three (3) years experience as a Java EE application developer (journeyman level) Experience using Java (7), Spring, JPA/MyBatis, Oracle (11g or higher), Eclipse, TOAD, and IBM HOD (Host on Demand) in Red Hat Linux (Apache Tomcat) and Windows environments. Experience with HTML, JSP, and Javascript. Familiarity with Oracle SQL stored procedures and triggers. Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to develop technical documentation for support of the delivered solution and subsequent enhancements Ability to work with agency staff to develop test plans and ensure successful testing and validation of all developed solutions. Must be an independent self-starter having proven experience working successfully in a team environment.
