Looking for 10+ Years of Resume !!!!!* *Job Summary:* The Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for the overall maintenance and health of our 70+ servers in both pre-production and production environments. You as a member of a growing development team, will assist in upgrading, troubleshooting, monitoring, reporting and overall improvement of the infrastructure and its components. The Network Infrastructure Administrator will require experience with network/system administration experience in Linux. You should have experience in troubleshooting, scripting and monitoring tools. Excellent communication and analytical skills will be required for you to be successful in this fast and dynamic environment. If you are passionate about learning more, please apply below! *Qualifications:* •Ten or more years in systems administration in a Linux environment •Strong Experience with CentOS and RedHat Enterprise Linux (version 5.6 or more) •Has familiarity working in a Cloud environment •Is capable of troubleshooting server or VM issues and monitoring applications •Can deploy applications and has extensive experience with scripting tools and technologies •Can write automation scripts for a variety of administrative functions •Familiarity with at least one monitoring/logging tool (e.g. Splunk, OP5, Nagios or DynaTrace) •Experience with a scripting language (e.g. Python, Perl or Bash) •Experience with git/svn/cvs and software deployment tools (Capistrano, Fabric, etc.) •Possess strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate complex problems •Ability to work with teams in a dynamic, fast paced environment •Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills *Responsibilities:*•Manage all deployments, setup infrastructure, support testing and troubleshooting for various components •Automate applicable processes and deployments •Ability to create and maintain policies, standards and overall system documentation •Display initiative in improving the team's ecosystem •Work closely with developers, testers and other administrators as part of a larger team •Resolving errors with proprietary and open source applications in production and pre-production environments •Monitor the health and status of systems under management *Preferred:* •At least 2-3 years of experience with Agile Scrum practices, concepts and procedures •Experience in the Telecommunications Industry or Access Network technologies •Exceptional written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills required •Ability to work independently and works deeply well in an Agile/SCRUM team setting, •Possesses a positive attitude, is detail oriented, and communicates status on a regular basis. •Has the ability to balance priorities in a very dynamic/fast-paced environment.
