Provide appropriate escalation of requests if needed. · Change Management: Assist in change management processing for record and support the change management protocols. · Ensure highest level of Service Delivery functionality and coverage during core business hours and outside of business hours as needed. · Maintain environment compliance with industry standards and SLAs including data security, reliability, monitoring/alerting, disaster recovery and business continuity programs; · Perform complete incident management by tracking and monitoring technical issues to ensure a timely resolution and full requestor follow-up. · Create quality support tickets to ensure proper information has been gathered and documented, appropriate approvals obtained, ticket statuses updated and routed to the proper support teams if required. · Deliver project and operations activities at pace, to scope and quality expectations · Contribute to project plans specifying goals, strategy, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allotment of resources for each phase of the project · Leverage internal groups to escalate, prioritize and resolve problems in a timely manner for the end users. *Unit Oversight and Direction* · Establishes best practices for standard builds of laptops and desktops, ticketing system for submitting requests, and system reports · Drive the tactical design, capital procurement, and implementation of each phase of the roadmap while maintaining high performance/throughput and continuous system availability · Oversee the implementation of the strategic vision including engaging with customers and key stakeholders and maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of government services through the innovative use of technology. · Serve on the executive management team to establish enterprise strategic direction and policies; identify areas of opportunity for improved productivity and efficiencies by maintaining a high level of technical and management knowledge. · Provides after hour support for planned maintenance, performs on-call emergency support services and patching when required Thank You, Warm Regards, Mani Technical Recruiter HCL Global Systems Inc.
