 8+ years’ experience in the following technologies to research, evaluate,
develop, and test using

· Java J2EE based application development

· XML parsing using Java

· IDE & Enterprise Source Code Control tools (e.g. Eclipse or MS
Visual Studio & TFS)

· Relational database (e.g. SQL, DB2/Oracle 9 or higher)

· 4-5 years of Unix, Java/J2EE, Tomcat & Web services

· 4-5 years’ experience in creating middleware services using SOAP
or REST

· 4-5 years prior experience with performance tuning and optimizing
software

· 2-3 years working with large relational database such as Oracle
and SQL Server
