Experience with *Siebel Analytics / Oracle Business Intelligence** experience is a MUST*. Project specifics include: *Siebel related projects* includes *Call Center* and the various *Siebel Portals (i.e. Customer, VRC, Sales, etc.)*. Analytics related projects includes *requirements creation for bugs, new dashboards and/ or reports *as well as *updates to existing dashboards and/ or reports.* *Interface with developers for both Siebel and Analytics* to make sure the requirements are clear and understood. Follow up with the business on any questions or concerns that the Developers may have regarding requirements. Assist with testing and validating requirements in *DEV, TEST, and UAT* environments.
