*Client want someone that has a development background with SQL/.NET that is now more testing/performance engineering currently.* *Performance Software Engineer/TesterDEERFIELD, IL 60015 6+ Months Contract* *Must-haves* -7+ years experience -Strong background in .net development -Ability to do root cause analysis on lines of code not just running test scripts -SQL development background -Performance analysis/software engineering background -Data analysis background Role: This person will work directly with QA and Development teams to find root-cause analysis of any errors found in testing. They may also be responsible for some code modification, and possibly new code writing. Mostly will be doing analysis- digging through analytics from tools and identifying bottlenecks/root cause for improving efficiency. They will work independently and will frequently interface with technical teams. They need to understand how applications are written to be able to determine where the errors lie.
