This requires the ability to develop and support applications using Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community, Visual Force, Chatter and the Force.com platform. As a Salesforce Developer, you will interface with business and IT resources to ensure timely and effective delivery of Salesforce solutions for the business requirements. The ideal candidate is a diligent, hardworking individual who is able to learn new systems and processes rapidly, can work with little supervision and is capable of delivering outstanding work at all times. The Salesforce Developer develops, configures, codes, tests, and debugs complex new software, enhancements to existing proprietary software or purchased software packages. In conjunction with functional users and IT Business Applications personnel, the Salesforce Developer assists with the design and documentation of the Company’s application software environment, and is responsible for contributing to application development projects of medium to high complexity. *Essential Duties/Responsibilities:*•Performs technical analysis, design, configuration, and implementation support for system integrations and Salesforce customizations. Conceptualizes, prepares and creates detailed technical specifications from which complex programs will be written or configured. •Develops solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud and Visual Force. Complies with all required Company policies and practices relating to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). •Develops custom applications and perform testing using Salesforce.com APEX and Visualforce pages. Writes, tests, analyzes, and implements high quality code according to specifications. Follows Salesforce.com’s best practices and guidelines in implementing solutions. •Understands and leverage the Salesforce provided APIs and components of Salesforce AppExchange for developing custom objects. •Creates reports and dashboards using Salesforce to meet the reporting and analytical requirements of the business users. •Provides Tier II Support for Salesforce applications and manage service tickets needing escalation to Salesforce. •Communicates and collaborates with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions. •Builds client trust and respect, establish client relationships, and develop rapport with client.
