*Role Title: Technology Analyst – Infrastructure support (Total 4 positions)*
*Location New York, USA* *1. **Wintel Administrator (1 position)* *2. **Unix Administrator (1 position)* *3. **Database Administrator (1 position)* *4. **Network Administrator(1 position)* *Overview Support* · Resources will support ~65 Unix and Windows servers within 3 datacenters in 2 in New Jersey, and 1 in Chicago. · The team will have daily contact with the DES and ATS business and business management teams, local compliance, ATS development team and external contractors assisting with this project all based on the New York trading floor. · 4 FTE’s worth of effort required to fully support ATS across application, infrastructure, network and operating system environments. 1 Unix, 1Wintel, 1 DBA, and 1 Network specialist to support the Infrastructure Service capabilities. · Key Person dependencies for the infrastructure service capabilities will need to be provided by Level 4 escalation during holiday, training, sick day, or any other "off day" requirements (specialist coverage). *Production Services Responsibilities for RegSCI* - Major responsibilities include: - Application: On-Site support including Services Management, Incident Management, Product Assurance, Problem Management, Change Management, Capacity Management, Project Management, and Knowledge Management; and the first point of contact to the Business - Infrastructure: Administration & Maintenance, Audit and Security, Infrastructure changes and Request for Services. - Network: Client Connectivity and Exchanges for Market Data.
