The onshore support is rotated on a weekly OR bi-weekly basis (it depends on the onshore team members as to how they want the setup to be – weekly or once in 2 weeks. They are given that liberty to discuss among themselves and come up with the rotation plan. We don’t force our members to follow the planned schedule, so if one person wants to exchange his schedule with the other, they can always do that with mutual understanding / agreement) Ø Our client does provide work from home option but we as vendors utilize it only in extreme situations like personal / medical emergencies, commute issues, extreme weather conditions etc Our minim expectations: Ø He will have to relocate to Denver, Colorado at the earliest Ø Need to do production support on weekdays (during US hours) and weekends (whole day – especially on Sundays) Ø Need to coordinate with offshore team on both prod support and maintenance activities Ø Need to be able to lead the team and as this role is client facing, need to have good written and verbal communication with right attitude.
