Exposure to the query optimization and performance tuning. • Define rules, look at critical elements and suggest required fields based on prior experience in similar projects. • Review quality of source data, attributes, developed code, test etc. • Monitors the work of less experienced peers and team members and provides feedback and coaching as needed.
