The main responsibility of this engineer will be to drive and influence how the software is built and deployed in distributed environments. They will be responsible for adding value in the building of the QNXT software, maintaining/enhancing installation packages, creating cumulative and incremental upgrades and deployment engineering in a fast paced environment. This will include troubleshooting issues with the installers and working on their development for the upcoming releases. Lastly, working with the SQL database architects to determine what database changes are needed to go along with the install.
