Hi, Currently, I am recruiting candidates for one of my requirement as mentioned below *Job Title* PeopleSoft DOT Lead *Project Location* Saint Paul MN *Duration* 6 months /Contract * Skills Required and Job Description:* *MOI :: TELEPHONIC FOLLOWED BY SKYPE* * Responsibilities:* - Oracle Support for PeopleSoft version 9.1 - Budget considerations due to legislative decisions could directly impact the second phase, final deployment timing, and approach. - Accessibility is extremely important and must meet the WCAG 2.0 (Level AA) and Section 508 Subparts A-D accessibility standards. - Performance tuning is extremely important and must meet industry standards for an enterprise system; a focus will be put on reliability (availability vs. down time), system processing (specifically in budget checking), and timely batch processing. - The successful candidate will fulfill the role of PeopleSoft DOT specialist who will be responsible for understanding and reviewing the current DOT design and business processes and understanding the impact that PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.55 will have on the existing business process, including the FHWA billing certification. - Manage respective DOT business processes to deployment, including driving all related project tasks, objectives and milestones - Direct and guide PeopleSoft 9.2 decisions as they relate to the client business processes - Provide business process design, configuration and documentation for any new 9.2 functionality - Act as a liaison between the client functional and technical staff - Report status to the Project Management Office (PMO) team and help draft regular communication across the project - Provide project estimates for changes in business process and/or additional new functionality - Provide work breakdown structure of implementation details to be included in project plan - Track, escalate and document project risks, issues, decisions and changes to scope - Provide input and research into project recommendations and decisions - Work with software vendor to submit defects in delivered functionality - Provide other project related experience as necessary - Perform configuration analysis and documentation, especially as it relates to PeopleSoft 9.2 functionality - Lead test preparation including test scenario and test script review and creation - Lead interface review and analysis and create documentation on recommendations - Take lead for testing execution for the various test cycles - Create, document and track issues and resolutions - Create input for communication and change management for respective area(s) - Provide detailed analysis and input to training materials for respective area(s) - Provide input and review of complex system modifications for respective area(s) - Complete functional and/or technical specification documentation per standards *Required Qualifications:* - Ten years’ combined experience in lead roles implementing PeopleSoft Financial Management Solutions (FMS) or Supply Chain Management (SCM) suite of modules working with a Department of Transportation (state or federal) - One PeopleSoft deployment in a state government setting working with a state Department of Transportation - Five years’ experience working with Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) functionality within PeopleSoft - Five years’ combined experience working with data warehouse solutions including PeopleSoft EPM or Oracle OBIEE - One year experience with PeopleTools 8.54 or higher - Five years’ combined experience in full life cycle upgrades or implementations of PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher - Able to work on-site five days per week. *Desired Qualifications:* - PeopleSoft v9.2 project deployed on PeopleTools 8.55 in a public sector environment (i.e., Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education) - Experience in full life cycle upgrades/implementations of PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher in a public sector environment (i.e., Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education) - Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 (Level AA) and Section 508 (Subparts A-D) in a public sector environment (i.e., Federal, State, County, City, or Municipality government, or Higher Education) *Thanks & Regards,* *Nishant Kumar* *Technical Resource Specialist* *RG Talent Inc.* *39120 Argonaut way* *Suite # 157, Fremont CA 94538* *Phone : 510-443-0757 EXT- 186* *Email : **nish...@rgtalent.com * <nish...@rgtalent.com> *URL : **www.rgtalent.com * <http://www.rgtalent.com/> *In my absence please contact Meenakshi at following address * *meenak...@rgtalent.com * <meenak...@rgtalent.com> *Disclaimer: Under Bill s. 1618 Title III passed by the 105th U.S. Congress this mail cannot be considered spam as long as we include a way to be removed from our mailing list.
