*Description*

Looking for an Senior Informatica Developer with broad experience in DW and
ETL technical and leadership roles; including Informatica technical
architecture.



*Primary Responsibilities:*

· Leads and drives projects and systems improvements that will
enhance business performance.

· Drive, design, and determine the ETL requirements for BI projects.

· Partners with ETL Lead and supports ETL Lead and developers
through the development of complex ETL routines to load a dimensional star
schema (and supporting layers) and develops error handling processes.

· Perform an active, leading role in shaping and enhancing overall
ETL Informatica architecture, including ETL standards, patterns and best
practices.

· Work with the team to ensure standards and patterns are followed.

· Perform development activities such as Source to target mapping
validations, identify, document and execute unit test cases/scripts, peer
and lead code reviews per code review checklist, and document test and
review results.

· Determines organizational strategies for data integrity
validation processes.

· Establish policies and best practices for optimizing ETL data
throughout accessibility.

· Identifies opportunities for new architectural initiatives.

· Makes recommendations on the increasing scalability and
robustness of ETL platforms and solutions.

· Partner with the Data architect to drive improvements and
enhancements to the current data landscape and future strategy.

· Partner with Leadership teams to ensure the successful delivery
of projects.

· Support QA on functional test case review, functional/system
testing, and UAT testing.



*Qualifications*

Any combination of relevant education and experience and/or related
professional designations/certifications in this field is highly desirable.



*Education*

· Minimum Required: Degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or equivalent degree and/or experience



*Experience: *

· 12+ years' experience with Informatica tools and capabilities.
including: Powercenter, Metadata Management, and Data Quality.

· 5 years of Oracle (or comparable database) experience with BI/DW
deployments.

· Understanding of Data Warehouse/Data Modeling: normalization,
dimensional models, data marts, OLAP cubes.

· Ability to define and document ETL Customer Requirements.

· Ability to review developer designs/code and modify for quality.

· Proven track record as an ETL Architect.

· Leading development teams to deliver successful business
intelligence solutions with complex data sources.

· Strong analytical skills and enjoys solving complex technical
problems.

· Excellent verbal and written communications with the ability to
influence others.
