Understanding of project management concepts and best practices as defined by the Project Management Institute. • 3 Years of Excellent communication skills both written and oral with all levels of staff • 3 Years of Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines • 3 Years of Proficiency in the following software programs: MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word • 2 Years of Experience with Traffic Management, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Traffic Operations, or related IT transportation projects • 5 Years of Experience as a project coordinator, project manager, or similar role. Understanding of project management concepts and best practices as defined by the Project Management Institute. • 5 Years of Excellent communication skills both written and oral with all levels of staff • 5 Years of Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines • 2 Years of Specific experience developing and maintaining project artifacts such as risk registers, change logs, timelines, and SharePoint libraries • Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) • 2 Years of In-depth experience with MS Project, including resource utilization and resource planning • 2 Years of Experience working in a matrixed environment in state or other government entity.
