The following are key deliverables: Build out the HRSA application to support the following customer business processes - Personnel Action Form (PAF) - Leave Share (PTO Donations) - Parking Subsidies - Employee Phone Purchase Program (Verizon) - Rainbow Society Application - Internal Transfers - Adding a Job - Orientation Roster - Second Job Request - Compensation Classification Request - Onboarding – Scheduling Employee Health - Education Assistance for Dependents - Flu Exception Forms – Religious & Medical - Exit Questionnaire - Education Loan Repayments for RNs - Housing (first time home buyers program) - Recruitment Expenses - Referral Bonuses 2) Deployment and support of an enablement implementation model for the HR Service Automation activities: - Creation of up to 18 service catalog/ request items of low complexity utilizing · Record Producers · Order Guides · Execution plans · Two step check-out · Creation of up to 18 workflows of low to moderate complexity with three approval steps and up to five task activities - Configuration of the Knowledge Management module · Notifications related to knowledge articles associated to the publishing process · Configuring repositories for tracking and maintaining knowledge articles · Ability to view searches · Ability to rate and provide feedback to articles · Import existing knowledge articles/data via CSV/XML or other supported format Also need to configure end user surveys, and develop dashboard reporting.
